Again, thanks to David and Kevin for hosting me and for running a great resource of a site. Enjoy the podcast everyone!

Hey, Graham, are you open to critiquing mixes?
Hey Joseph… absolutely. What are you looking for specifically? Just a listen or two?
yep!
It’s called “Insight.” It’s here > josephmcilvain.typepad.com
I don’t feel like i’m finished yet… I was hoping to maybe get some input.
Thanks!
Great interviews, Graham. I only wish they played a couple of your songs to give you even more “cred” with their listeners that might not have heard of you.
Thanks my man. It would have been cool for sure, but no worries
Joseph – Very cool song and mix you have there. Totally not typical arrangement. I like where you are going with it. My only thoughts:
- Clean up some of the in between singing mouth noises on your vocal track. Not everything so as to sound “clinical” just a little more polished.
- Maybe work in some doubled/tripled vocals on your chorus (“Release prophetic insight…”) It could sound really HUGE!
This is honestly one of the better mixes I’ve heard just off the web in a while. Felt fresh!
Thanks alot, Graham! I really appreciate what you are doing here, it’s a really huge blessing.
All the best!
Joseph.
My pleasure bro. Thanks for sharing!
